• All sales are final after 30 days from the original purchase date.

• To be eligible for a full refund, items must be:

  • Sealed

  • Unopened

  • Untampered with

  • Returned in original packaging

  Any product that shows signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be eligible for a refund.

Defective Products

Defective devices may be eligible for an exchange upon review and investigation.

Approved exchanges will be for a product of equal or lesser value.

Proof of purchase is required for all refunds and exchanges.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified defect.
